It is an on-line dictionary / translation practice activity getting familiar with the Spanishdict.com website (link included here)
It is also a religion in Spanish cross-curricular activity celebrating the Christmas spirit.  
The students are required to put the date (la fecha) on all their work in Spanish as shown in class for a point. 
Their nombre needs to be on all their work for a point.  


For this activity, the students were asked to translate the different nombres (names) of the child that has been born as predicted in Profeta Isaias 9:6 of the Old Testament.  The student can write on the paper next to the words being translated in the Christmas tree.  The 4 different names ascribed to Jesus to look up are:


1. Admirable Consejero
2. Dios Fuerte
3. Padre Eterno
4. Principe de Paz


Please show a little extra effort & color the tree as well (although this wasn't required to receive full credit for the assignment).
