- Assist with purchase of desserts & set-up.
Stage & Decor
- Assist with set-up of staging & decor
RSVPs + Sponsorships
- Assist with check-in, putting together sponsorship packets.
Chance Tickets + Commemorative Cups & Prizes (Chair(s) needed)
- Assist with chance prize set-up, selling chance tickets & commemorative cups. Managing pre-orders of chance tickets & cups.
Chip Redemption "Cage" (Chair(s) needed)
- Assist attendees with the redemption of their chips for chance tickets.
Signage + Printing + Marketing (Chair(s) needed)
- Order necessary signage for tables, bar, sponsorships, banner. Creative ideas to sell tickets. Work with the Parish office to advertise the event & sponsors in Bulletin.
Beverage + Bar (Chair(s) needed)
- Oversee bar set-up, ensure proper inventory of drinks, cups, napkins, ice, mixers, limes, lemons etc.
