Walk - A - Thon

On Friday, February 19, 2016, all students of Saint Charles School will be participating in our “14^th Annual Walk-A-Thon Fund Raiser”. Each child will be asked to walk around a marked track on our school playground. They are also being asked to solicit pledge money from family, friends, and neighbors. Each child that collects up to $75 will attend a field trip to the California Science Center in late April.

We’re in need of volunteers to cheer our children on while they walk by - counting laps and providing water and oranges for all the participants. The work is easy and no experience is necessary. Please plan on being here on Walk-A-Thon Day, from 10:30-12:45.

We need the following to help make the Walk-a-Thon a success:

• Bringing Sliced Oranges
• Bringing Bottled Water
  Bringing 6 ft. tables (need 10 total)
• Bringing “EZ-up” tents/shades (need 4 total)
• Parents to count laps
• Parents to assist with set up and break down
