Parents,

In order to accommodate the use of our parking lot for the Parish Festival next week, we will have a special schedule that includes some changes to normal school days, dismissal times, Bruins' Den, and pick-up and drop-off. We will have NO school on Friday (April 22) or Monday (April 25). There will be NO Bruins' Den on Weds. (April 20), Thursday (April 21), Friday (April 22), or Monday (April 25). There will be early dismissal on Weds. (April 20) and Thursday (April 21). For early dismissal, after school pickup will take place across the street from the church in the Service Center parking lot. For both days, TK through 3rd grade will be dismissed at 1:30pm, and 4th - 8th grades will be dismissed at 2:00pm. Students will be escorted by staff to the service center. All siblings of younger children in grades TK - 3rd will be dismissed to walk to the service center with their younger siblings at 1:30pm. We ask that you follow our procedures for pick-up on early dismissal days: Enter Service Center lot on Moorpark ONLY, turn right immediately, follow direction of other cars, exit out onto Moorpark (right turn only).
Please remember that there will be no Bruins' Den or after-school activities on early dismissal days (except for Boys Volleyball game at St. Francis Xavier).

To sum it all up:
NO SCHOOL on Friday (April 22) or Monday (April 25)
EARLY DISMISSAL on Weds. (April 20) and Thursday (April 21)
- For both days -TK through 3rd grade will be dismissed at 1:30pm
- 4th through 8th grades will be dismissed at 2:00
PICK-UP PROCEDURE for Early Dismissal days: Enter Service Center lot on Moorpark, turn right immediately, follow direction of other cars, exit out onto Moorpark (right turn only)
NO BRUINS' DEN on Weds (April 20), Thursday (April 21), Friday (April 22), or Monday, (April 25)
NO AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES on Weds. (April 20) and Thursday (April 21)

****This schedule will not impact Choicelunch or regular lunchtimes.
