3rd Grade!

Hi Third Grade Families,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 School year! This is my 15th year here at St. Charles and I am looking forward to another excellent year! I am originally from New York and moved here in 2010 after finishing my Master's Degree in New York in Special Education. I have my undergraduate degree in Childhood Education. I look forward to meeting everyone and having a wonderful school year!

Dear third grade families, 

     I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! This is our last week of school before Christmas break. Please remember that this Friday, 12/19 is a 12:00 dismissal and there will be NO BRUINS DEN. 

     The Christmas program will be on Tuesday, 12/16. All students should be in Gallagher Hall at 5:30 pm and should be picked up from the classroom at the end of the show. I will not be there for the show because my kids Christmas program is the same night but Coach O. will be watching third grade.

     On Thursday we will have a reading comprehension test on a Christmas passage and on Friday morning we will have a spelling test on Christmas words. After recess we will have our class Christmas party. 

    This week, Student Council has set some free dress days beginning on Wednesday with Christmas accessories along with formal uniform for Mass. Thursday is red and green day, and Friday is festive Friday. Pajamas are not allowed but other festive wear is encouraged!
