3rd Grade!
Hi Third Grade Families,
Welcome to the 2025-2026 School year! This is my 15th year here at St. Charles and I am looking forward to another excellent year! I am originally from New York and moved here in 2010 after finishing my Master's Degree in New York in Special Education. I have my undergraduate degree in Childhood Education. I look forward to meeting everyone and having a wonderful school year!

Dear third grade families,
Happy (almost) Halloween! This week we will have our normal math homework, but no spelling homework or spelling test this week. Please have students continue working on book reports which are due Thursday, 10/30.
On Thursday, we will have the Living Rosary at 9:00 am in the Church. I will be late on Thursday and possibly miss the Living Rosary but will be back right after. My daughter is receiving an award at her school. We wil also have a reading comprehension test on Thursday.
On Friday, the classes will begin to head down around 9:30 am (classes will head out in grade order). The carvinal will end at 11:30 am and the class will meet where we wait at dismissal (the far lunch table area). We will have rainy day dismissal from the classroom at 11:45. If you plan on taking your child out earlier than 12:00, please sign them out in the office. We will leave our backpacks in the hallway so you can grab them on your way.
